Objectives of this Role:

  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research toidentifyhow our solutions meetneeds

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential salesoutlets

  • Manage andmaintaina pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for nextsteps

  • Identifybest practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook 

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • UtilizeSalesforce,outboundcalling, and email to generatenew salesopportunities

  • Identifyprospect's needs and suggestappropriate products/services

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as salesopportunities

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and salesexecutives

  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results 

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service

  • Strong communicationskills via phone and email

  • Strong positive attitude

  • Strong desireto learn and be part of buildinga great team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ProficiencywithSalesforce, HubSpot,Sales Navigatoror other CRM software

  • Prior experience as a sales development rep witha track recordof achieving salesquotas
