MacStadium RevOps Lead in Atlanta, Georgia

What we need:

We are looking for an experience RevOps Lead to maintain this core function & team developing organizational efficiencies with continued focus on key revenue driving processes such as:

 

  • CRM and pipeline management,

  • Maintaining overall data accuracy and integrity,

  • Consistent cross-functional report building and analysis,

  • Forecasting and program management,

  • Customer journey analysis and efficiency modeling,

  • Support and integration of various sales tools and systems,

  • And other operational projects tied to key aspects of organizational growth drivers.

    This important role is an integral position as a cross-functional member of our revenue team which includes sales, marketing, and customer success. This position will work with the entire revenue team and other core teams in the organization to ensure processes are optimized to effectively run smoothly and efficiently.

    You must have proficiency and experience as a Salesforce Administrator; however, certification is not required. Proficiency on working with Macs is a must.  Additionally, given the nature of our team, our product and our customer base; a technical and/or SaaS background is a big plus.

    This position is a part of our Revenue team, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and the preferred location is in Atlanta, GA.

     

MacStadium's current U.S. office locations are in Atlanta, GA and Las Vegas, NV. While it is ideal to have this position located in close proximity to one of our offices, we are open to filling the role remotely outside of the states of Georgia and Nevada (within the United States) for the right candidate. For remote applicants outside of Eastern time zone, working hours will coincide with Eastern time zone hours.

What you will be doing:

Technology Management

  • Training, coaching, and assisting revenue team members with sales tools, particularly Salesforce and related integrations serving as the thought leader on maximizing efficiencies with these tools.

  • Help streamline the sales, reporting and analysis process by optimizing the revenue tech stack

  • Provide troubleshooting and tech support for revenue team users keeping them moving fast

  • Stay abreast of new technologies and advise leadership on the latest trends, best practices and standards.  Offering tips and tricks for driving new growth & efficiencies is desired!

    Data Management

  • Lead Custom Journey mapping proposing prioritized focal points to improve & maximize results

  • Assist with generating pertinent reports and dashboards for account execs and leadership team

  • Update information in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead, pipeline and account management

  • Maintain data hygiene across all revenue systems & maximize integrations

  • Ensure sales templates are up to date (service orders, price quotes, etc.)

  • Periodically review the sales funnel process and suggest improvements

    Training and Sales Enablement

  • Documenting policies, procedures, and best practices for the revenue team

  • Building/assisting with outbound email cadences for sales prospecting and lead generation

  • Assisting with onboarding new team members and designing best practices for peak utilization.

  • Knowledge management leadership organizing and maintaining sales collateral, videos, tips & tricks working with the marketing and product teams to provide updates as needed

    General Operations with the Revenue team

  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our cross-departmental functions and operations serving as the thought leader in regards to tools & processes.

  • Provide general operations support to the revenue senior leadership team

  • Communicating team news and wins to the organization through collaboration tools like Slack

  • Provide coordination support for occasional sales/marketing events and sponsorships

  • Research accounts, identify key players and help build targeted prospect lists & tracking.

    ​What skills and experience you need to have:

  • Minimum 3 year of Salesforce Admin experience in a fully built out operational environment is required (certification is not a requirement)

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing and/or customer success leadership related role(s), ideally with a technical, SaaS or B2B product or service focus

  • Strong organizational and project management skills simultaneously leading multiple initiatives

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts

  • Executive level verbal and written communication skills

  • High growth attitude team player with the ability to interact with a variety of internal stakeholders

  • Experience working in high growth technology environment is a plus (i.e., working in fast-paced, high growth environments).  SaaS is ideal.

  • Proficient on Macs along with MS Office 365 suite, particularly Excel

  • Experience with other sales and marketing tools is a plus (SalesLoft, Gong, Pardot, Troops, Slack, Catalyst, Gainsight, Apollo, ZoomInfo or similar, data appending, email marketing, etc.)

For California, Colorado, and Illinois applicants, the compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000.
