Description

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the manufacturing industry that is looking to add a results-oriented Recruiter to their team due to growth! The successful candidate will be the sole Recruiter and will play a crucial role in assisting their organization in finding the best talent that will help continue to drive the company's growth and success. This position will require 50% travel to various manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing efficient recruiting processes and building a strong talent pipeline.

  • Sourcing potential candidates through various channels and prescreening applicants for open manufacturing plant positions.

  • Organize and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and results-driven process.

  • Partnering with plant managers to understand specific hiring needs particular to the manufacturing industry.

  • Collaborating with HR managers and plant managers to uncover potential opportunities for community outreach activities.

  • Representing the organization at hiring events to attract potential candidates.

  • Managing the entire recruitment process from conception to fulfillment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven recruiting experience within the manufacturing industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

  • Ability to define and execute effective recruiting strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of hiring processes and procedures.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, reputable job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Must be comfortable working independently and making critical decisions.

  • Prior experience with iCIMS recruiting software is a plus.

Successful candidates will be result-oriented and possess a natural talent for connecting with people. They should have the ability to foster strong relationships and seamlessly integrate into a team-focused environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in the manufacturing industry

  • Previous experience creating and implementing processes for talent acquisition

  • Experience recruiting in a high-volume multistate environment

  • Experience utilizing an ATS, iCIMS experience a plus
