Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience in program management.

• 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of large scale project management and process improvement experience in the telecom or data center infrastructure space.

• Data center operational background.

• Experience working in complex organizational settings (e.g., shared accountability, geographic dispersion, ambiguity, etc.).

• Familiarity with data center, networking, or telecom operations

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. • Manage a team of technical program managers responsible for cross-functional coordination and oversight of data center network and capacity growth projects in a given region to deliver on on-time delivery and cycle time goals.

• Hire, coach and develop a team of program managers to meet objectives.

• Work with direct reports and partner teams to set and implement short term and long term infrastructure delivery strategy for the region.

• Execute at scale within large, multi-project programs; owning and nurturing relationships between cross-functional teams.

• Define and develop cross-team roles, expectations, and responsibilities; driving process development and iterative optimization.
