Please review the following job description:

The Onboarding & Servicing Team provides ongoing support of the CIB Credit Delivery credit origination and underwriting process by analyzing and summarizing client and transaction information, populating nCino/AFS systems and submitting finalized credit memos for approval. The team supports the loan closing process by gathering documentation required for closing, coordinating loan closings with the closing team and ensuring the proper booking of all facilities on the loan system. The team is responsible for accurate and timely setup of all client credit files, ongoing updates and annual credit file certifications. The team also manages the tracking of reporting requirements and financial covenants as required by legal documentation by monitoring and clearing all ticklers for Credit Delivery clients, providing reporting to Portfolio Managers and mitigating potential risk by early escalation of past dues. The team identifies new and recurring risks related to the origination, closing, booking and funding and ongoing management of CIB Credit Delivery credit products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Establishes and maintains paper and electronic credit files in line with policy recommended standards including annual certification of each file.

  2. Manages tracking and timely receipt of required client reporting.

  3. Assists client transfers between portfolios and completes transfer worksheets

  4. Provides administrative support to Portfolio Management teams on risk reviews, internal and external audits

  5. Communicates and elevates past due reporting requirements to PM team, including but not limited to GPM.

  6. Provides Tickler and Annual Review reporting on a regular and ad hoc basis

  7. Coordinates with CROS for original documents to be sent to the Vault

  8. Maintain and update ACS spreadsheet and manage rush requests through Salesforce

  9. Validates proper setup of UCCs in vendor database for tracking purposes

  10. Ensures documents for Left Lead and Bilateral clients are uploaded to OnPointe. Additionally, ensure that all flood diligence packages are uploaded to OnPointe.

  1. Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  2. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products

  3. Highly motivated individual with effective verbal and written communication skills and great attention to detail

  4. Excellent client service, communication, time management and organizational skills
