Lead Payroll Services Associate

Position will be on-site in Atlanta, GA

Excellent benefits and team atmosphere

8:30 to 5:00PM Mon-Friday, some overtime required

Pay based on experience

About the Lead Payroll Services Associate role:

• You will manage client employee data related to new hires, terminations, personnel master file changes and employee time via upload to and from third party vendor.

• You will research and respond to all payroll questions and inquires via Case Management System.

• You will perform peer check audits of all data files submitted to vendor for processing.

• You will make data entries corrections for errors identified through audits.

• You will also work Tier 2 payroll inquiries from employees in case management tool within specified contracted Service Levels.

Requirements

• Previous Payroll Experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency

• Great problem-solving skills

• Ability to effectively multi-task

• High school diploma, GED or college degree

• Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $41,600 - $52,000.
