Onsite Recruiting Coordinator W2 Contract

We are searching for dynamic, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our client's Recruiting Team, creating a top-tier experience for candidates and our clients. This is a highly collaborative role, and you will play a key part in driving the recruiting process, candidate experience, and impactful operational projects daily, having a direct impact on the organization's growth. Comfortable with working ON SITE Monday through Thursday and Friday Remotely

Essential Functions

• Assist the Recruiting team with candidate interview scheduling

• Able to effectively schedule multiple interviews weekly

• Schedule and communicate interview details with candidates.

• Communicate any interview scheduling conflicts or changes to the Recruiting team

• Enter and track candidate information in the recruiting database, ensuring appropriate parties have access to necessary information

Required:

*Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator

• Ability to go to our client's office in the North Buckhead area

• Experience in the Insurance Industry is a plus but not required.
