Description

We are in search of a Marketing Assistant to join our client's team in the legal industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role is integral to our marketing and business development strategy and involves content creation, editing, managing projects, and supporting the team in various marketing and business development activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and editing content in line with the firm's style guidelines for key practice areas, industry initiatives, legal insights, client alerts, and success stories.

• Uphold the brand standards and guidelines on all materials, collaborating closely with the Marketing Department's graphic designer.

• Support in managing the firm's social media accounts, creating engaging content, and coordinating with the Marketing Manager on the social media calendar.

• Compile and curate content for select newsletters for internal and client-facing communications.

• Serve as backup for formatting the firm's email marketing communications and other graphics for distribution.

• Assist with client-facing webinars, including scheduling, practice runs, formatting materials, and sharing registrant and attendee reports.

• Maintain and update the Marketing team’s intranet pages.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data.

• Demonstrated experience in enhancing brand awareness and reputation in previous roles.

• Proven track record in coordinating and executing successful events.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
