Job Description

* Assist Sr. Project Lead with creating impactful and insightful content that incorporates research, data, and analysis

* Assist Sr. Project Lead with creating new types of content (podcasts, videos, etc.)

* Create ad-hoc content as needed

* Create resource playbooks and guides for specific departments (to provide clarity around data availability, access, tools, and resources)

* Assist Sr. Project Lead with managing Insights platform ensuring contend is curated to meet user needs

* Assist Sr. Project Lead in executing strategic plan for Knowledge & Insights

* Assist with developing trainings or other contact points to further strategic initiatives

* Content creation

Skills and Requirements

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and a passion for storytelling with data. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can turn data into visual stories that resonate with diverse audiences .

* Strong PPT skills used to create cohesive, professional, aesthetically pleasing designs

* Strong story telling skills, able to build a story from a concept or outline

* Skilled in building stories using data and research

* 3-5 years of relevant experience

* Research and data experience- able to tell a story from statistics/graphs

Familiar with Tableau null
