Home Depot Manager, Operations/QA - Orange Apron Media in Atlanta, Georgia

Position Purpose:

The Manager, Operations/QA will support critical media management functions for The Home Depot's onsite advertising functions. This individual will work in a cross functional advertising technology & operations team to support onsite media deployment for vendor partners. This role may include managing campaign setup within internal platforms, supporting QC/deployment reviews, confirming campaigns align with best practices, and ensuring internal & external stakeholders are engaged in operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 15% Advertising Performance - Analyze onsite advertising operations performance metrics to identify potential optimization opportunities

  • 50% Campaign Support - Support all aspects of campaign production for onsite media offerings, including ad unit development, campaign creation, trafficking tags & creative, targeting implementation, and campaign QC

  • 10% Collaboration - Coordinate with media strategy managers & broader media team to define file / delivery requirements

  • 10% QA Support - Support QA, troubleshooting, and capability documentation of onsite offering

  • 15% Vendor Management - Collect insertion orders from vendor management teams and import orders to internal self-serve onsite media platform

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:

  • This position reports to the Director, Orange Apron Media

  • This position has 2-3 Direct Reports

Travel Requirements:

  • No travel required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.

  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, data science, or a business-related field

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in campaign analytics, business insights, or other advertising technology/operations roles

  • Experience using Excel, SQL, SAS, Tableau, R, Python, and similar tools

  • Familiarity with display/search/social advertising, DSPs, and onsite advertising

  • Ability to manage deadlines & milestones across multiple simultaneous projects

  • Strong project management skills & attention to details

  • An adaptive mindset and a willingness to learn new skills & processes

Minimum Education:

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
