Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Logistics Clerk in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves the coordination of logistical operations within the healthcare industry, specifically dealing with large medical equipment. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient movement of medical devices and equipment within healthcare facilities, emphasizing the procurement, storage, distribution, and maintenance of these items.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medical equipment, verifying specifications and quality standards.

• Maintain detailed inventory records of all large medical equipment, including serial numbers, specifications, and maintenance history.

• Coordinate the distribution of medical equipment to various departments within the healthcare facility, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling.

• Ensure healthcare providers have access to the necessary resources to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Ensure the proper storage and maintenance of large medical equipment.

• Handle the logistics and distribution of medical equipment within the healthcare facility. Requirements • Must have expertise in Customer Service

• Proficiency in handling Deliveries

• Experience in Shipping & Receiving operations

• Knowledge of Logistics & Distribution procedures

• Familiarity with Warehouse Distribution systems

• Ability to operate Warehouse Equipment efficiently

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong understanding of inventory management

• Proficient in using logistics software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy

• Problem-solving capability and proactive in resolving issues.
