Job Description

As a Storeroom/Utility cleaner, you will be responsible for taking care of all housekeeper’s supplies and performing storeroom duties. Ensure that carts a properly replenished and all cleaning supplies are neatly organized, all liquids are in correct labeled bottles. Make sure labels are readable and not torn. Maintain the highest standard for the property by providing outstanding customer service when interacting with guests. The AM Housekeeping Storeroom/Utility Cleaner must be in accordance with Omni Hotels standards.

Responsibilities

•Assure the efficient use of supplies and equipment.•Assist in the laundry and uniform area as necessary.•Distribute vacuums to housekeepers daily.•Make sure vacuums are clean and in working condition.•Ensure all safety policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.•Fold and store clean linens in correct areas, and report damages to the supervisor immediately.•Maintain Storeroom in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.•Report needed repairs of unsafe conditions to a manager immediately.•Stock the housekeeping cart with supplies at the end of each shift.

Qualifications

•Prior experience in customer service or housekeeping positions.•A positive attitude and strong work ethic.•Able to multitask.•Pays attention to detail and ensures work areas are sanitized, and well managed.
