Join the Capgemini Americas Cloud Practice leading Microsoft Azure solutions in the Consumer Products, Retail and Services (CPRS) industries to deliver transformational business. Your mission will be to craft cloud transformation solutions to drive clients’ business impact that differentiate them in the marketplace. Your expertise will directly impact cost optimization, business agility, and technology modernization, all crucial elements of Capgemini's dedication to excellence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Lead and define Microsoft Azure strategies for CPRS aligned with business objectives, including identifying and engaging key ISV partners to accelerate Azure solutions.

  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand business requirements, present Microsoft Azure solutions, and assure alignment with strategic goals.

  • Solution Expertise: Articulate Microsoft Cloud product features and differentiation for the CPRS industries as well as Capgemini’s ability to implement these technology solutions to Cloud sales professionals, alliance team members and clients.

  • Solution Design: Define comprehensive Microsoft Azure CPRS solutions to address specific client needs, ensuring alignment with industry standard processes.

  • Teamwork: Work with our delivery leadership to respond to opportunities, and team-sell through RFP responses or other types of sales cycles

  • Continuous Improvement: Provide thought leadership by staying connected to the latest trends and innovations in CPRS and cloud technology, incorporating them into our strategic approach.

Required Skills:

  • Apply your strong business and technical proficiencies, and client engagement skills to provide the highest-level consultation to sales teams, prospects, and clients to achieve sales goals.

  • Expertise with the Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies, including the products, sales organization/approach, services, and partners.

  • Understanding of services sales and partner-based selling

  • 15 years of Professional Services, Business Development and/or partner management experience

  • Experience in CPRS industries preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and technical skills. Proven track record to drive sophisticated projects to completion.

  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to engage with clients and internal teams across the region.
