  • Perform all necessary system administration tasks, design new infrastructures on a variety of middleware infrastructure (including AWS, IBM MQ, Tibco EMS, Tibco BE, Tibco BW, and AMS – Lightstreamer), and mentor others to obtain maximum results and efficiencies for the company’s Middleware team.

  • Design, build, and support the middleware infrastructures that make up the company middleware environment, including all messaging infrastructures.

  • Oversee the mission-critical infrastructure of the company’s internal clients and deliver a responsive and exceptional support service for client events and requests.

  • Use a best-in-class middleware management platform, work on client projects, provide solution deliveries to clients on complex environments and infrastructure, and support our day-to-day business-as-usual support activities from our clients. Address requests and incidents logged into the middleware ticketing system and work with clients on middleware issues, requests, and projects.

  • Work proactively and review high-level problem management, as well as work to reduce client issues by identifying automation with better solutions.

  • Build strong client relationships by becoming a point of contact and a subject matter expert for clients.

  • Work with internal departments to mitigate client concerns and support company projects.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field, and ten years of experience in a variety of middleware environments OR

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field, and twelve years of experience in a variety of middleware environments.

  • Expert knowledge and hands on experience in Tibco BusinessWorks and BusinessEvents developement and administration

  • Expert knowledge and hands on experience in AMS – Light streamer administration

  • Expert knowledge and hands on experience in Tibco EMS administration

  • Knowledge on AWS Cloud administration and Cloud Formation templates

  • Expertise in working with Windows and LINUX servers

  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
