Human Resource Administrative Specialist

Atlanta, GA

Job Summary:

NCR Voyix is seeking a highly capable HR & Admin Officer to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing employee data, keeping company policies up-to-date, and assisting in the hiring process. Your exceptional organizational skills and familiarity with HR functions will contribute to the smooth running of all HR operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and promoting effective communication within the organization. Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records such as employment contracts.

  • Update internal databases with new hire information.

  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.

  • Gather payroll data such as bank accounts and working days.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics.

  • Develop training and onboarding material.

  • Respond to HR policy and procedure requirements.

  • Process control, orders and payments of HR, Payroll, Benefits.

  • Work directly with managers, candidates, and other HR employees.

  • Gather information and record data in HR tools.

  • Monitor transaction status and escalate transactions as needed.

  • This position requires follow-up with employees to ensure completion of tasks within specified performance parameters (SLA's).

  • Assess the root cause of problems and inform employees of measures to resolve the problems.

  • Provide feedback on the accuracy of internal knowledge articles and other customer contact tools.

  • Support for new hiring processes.

  • Ensuring that employees keep their personal data up to date.

  • Manage the HR invoice process for HR, Legal and Health & Safety.

  • Manage day-to-day aspects of the HR supplier relationship.

  • Prepare written communication, including emails and letters.

  • Support local events for HR Programs.

  • Help implement global HR processes and programs

    BASIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • HR System: Workday (desirable)

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role

  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Organizational skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
