HRIS Analyst - Dayforce Remote - Anywhere in the US We are Leica Geosystems, A Hexagon Company. We and our family of companies provide a portfolio of leading-edge technology solutions to numerous global industries, including construction, mining, power, manufacturing and agriculture.

We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to provide management and support to our Ceridian Dayforce software platform for our Leica Geosystems U.S and Canada region. Dayforce is a single cloud application and is a critical component to the smooth operation of our North American organization. As we continue to grow, there may be additional Human Resource platforms that this position will support.

Duties and Responsibilities Reporting Support development of custom reports, dashboards and analytics to identify trends and assist with decision making. Generate reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity on systems by running queries and analyzing data. Initiate, recommend and lead development and improvement projects to align Human Resources Payroll strategies (US/CAN) with overall business objectives, working cross functionally with appropriate team members. Ceridian and Business Process Support Provide on-going support, configuration and maintenance of the Dayforce system including performance improvements. Provide training, technical support, trouble shooting and guidance to Dayforce users. Develop user guides, procedures and documentation to support IT and other HR business process needs.
