Altium Packaging HR Intern, Employee Experience & Engagement Summer 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia

Because the HR function is constantly evolving, we are looking for a dynamic HR Intern in our Atlanta office to support key business initiatives. The intern will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Employee Experience, and should be eager to learn and make an impact.
The experience is designed to provide opportunities to work directly with the HR team on the following potential projects:
Collecting and Analyzing Engagement Survey Results
Help lead engagement survey result meetings/readouts
Assist with Altium’s charitable contributions and development of charitable giving strategy
Assist with overall employee experience and recognition initiatives
Assist with other HR Program functions as needed (talent programs, learning and development, etc.)
What does the internship experience look like?
As an intern, you will have exposure to real projects and will play a crucial role in the decision-making process. The experience will include:
• Mentoring
• Group Intern learning experiences and events
• Business/Senior Leadership exposure
• Valuable project management experience
What will I gain from the internship?
You will gain an understanding of the Altium Packaging business and a wealth of functional HR experience to develop leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration, presentation & public speaking skills, and experience with HR technology. The skills you develop from this internship will serve you well throughout the rest of your education, and your future professional career.
Required Education and Experience
Enrolled in an Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related program
GPA minimum of 3.0 or above
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft excel and powerpoint proficiency
Strong analytical skills
Must be available to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks, though 12 weeks is preferred (May-August)
