We are seeking a collaborative and curious Global Compensation Partner to provide day-to-day compensation advice to Brazil HRBPs and Sr Leadership. The Compensation Partner will lead and provide guidance on sales incentive programs design, consult with HR and managers on compensation issues and support year-end activities. As a key member of the Global Compensation Team, the Compensation Partner is positioned to have a great impact on the people and teams they support.

What You'll Do: Design, implement and administer sales incentive plans. Perform modeling and cost analysis for alternative plan designs. Analyze plan performance and provide insights and reports to sales and/or finance management. Calculate commission/incentive payments in an accurate and timely manner. Lead compensation activities in the local market. Oversee analysis and recommendations for all aspects of compensation, including base pay adjustments and short-term Incentives. Partner with HRBPs, business leaders and Global COE to implement Equifax compensation programs and guidelines. Provide education and ensure compliance. Support market survey and job pricing activities. Consult with HRBPs and/or Talent Acquisition on pay recommendations for promotions, retention concerns and new hires. Partner with local HR, Finance and Legal to analyze current benefits programs and seek opportunities for improvement considering market competitiveness, tax and regulatory impact and cost to the company. Monitor the local market trends and government policy change to provide periodic updates to the local HR leader and the Global team. Ensure compensation and benefits programs are compliant with local laws and regulations.

What Experience You Need: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field 5 years of experience in sales incentive design and compensation administration Expert Excel skills Project planning skills Managerial experience
