Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the IT Software industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Front Desk Coordinator, your role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks, including providing concierge services and managing a multi-line phone system.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth operation of the front desk by promptly answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, addressing their inquiries and needs efficiently.
• Execute administrative tasks such as data entry and organizing files to maintain a streamlined office environment.
• Assist in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks.
• Leverage your interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and detail-oriented atmosphere for all visitors and staff.
• Deliver concierge services, demonstrating a proactive approach and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate records, ensuring all customer data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Attend to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues swiftly. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance, showcasing strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in using a Multi-Line Phone System; ability to answer and direct calls effectively.
• Familiarity with providing Concierge Services; ability to assist with guest inquiries and issues.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in Data Entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; capable of performing data analysis and report generation tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook; ability to manage email communications and calendar scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word; capable of creating, editing, and formatting documents.
