  What You’ll Do:

  Team Development: Lead, motivate, and coach your team to provide the highest level of service.

  Member Service: Promotes an organizational culture of mutual trust and respect that expands on the member experience.

  Food and Beverage Operation: Provide leadership in the accounting, auditing, and policy development of all F&B operations.

  Strategic Planning:  Develop a strategic plan that includes short-term and long-term priorities for organizational growth.

  What We’re Looking For:

• College degree in the culinary arts, hospitality, or business administration, preferred.

• Food and Beverage experience in premier club or resort handling multi-unit food and beverage departments.

• Sound interpersonal skills and high level of diplomacy and tact in dealing with a broad range of individuals and groups.

• Ability to develop strategies for the delivery of superior customer service.
