ManpowerGroup Field Service Technician in Atlanta, Georgia
Our client, a leading provider in technology services, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Field Service Technician
Location: onsite in Atlanta, GA
Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience
What's the Job?
Specialize in PC Field Services including deployment of primary client systems and hardware support.
Provide user support utilizing Remedy helpdesk ticket management and handle escalations.
Work closely with the Helpdesk L1 team to resolve 2nd level incidents and enhance customer experience.
Maintain and support hardware and operating system solutions, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Communicate system changes and coordinate maintenance activities effectively with the IT team.
What's Needed?
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Mac operating systems.
Strong understanding of hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Ability to gather requirements and propose effective system solutions.
Familiarity with inventory management and asset tracking.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
