We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations leader to join our dynamic team and support our Restaurants business unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will help the company grow. This role will work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments to streamline processes, optimize sales funnels and revenue attribution models, and leverage data analytics to monitor and continually improve outcomes.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and objectives. Collaborate with sales leadership to create and execute sales plans.
Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance metrics, including pipeline health, revenue, customer retention and win/loss analysis.
Process Improvement: Identify and work with peers in sales operations to implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency. Ensure that sales processes are aligned with best practices and industry standards.
CRM Management: Support sales operations processes for the Restaurants team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, including sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM maintenance.
Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, working closely with sales teams and finance to ensure alignment with business goals. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and forecast accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
