Business Blueprint aims to serve American Express Small Business customers in managing their cash flow needs through a differentiated set of products like Business Line of Credit, Business Checking, and small business Cards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage calendar appointments in multiple time zones for multiple VPs.

  • Accommodating to last minute changes and urgent business needs as required.

  • Set the approach for how the VPs spend their time and proactively manage calendar based on this strategy, top priorities and when they will be in office.

  • Actively flag and problem solve constraints such as determining delegates when attendees are unable to attend and ensuring read-ahead materials are provided when required.

  • Coordinate and perform monthly activities to include, but not limited to, consolidating organization charts, distribution lists and compiling information i.e., mid & year end feedback.

  • Manage the team calendar and ensure it is both up to date and accessible

  • Manage travel arrangements and provide detailed itineraries of trips, including hotel arrangements, transfers, meetings scheduled, contact details, addresses etc.

  • Arrange and manage meetings, including scheduling of conference rooms, coordinating food, logistics, etc.

  • Assist in tracking team expenditure and monitor T&E and budget.

  • Assisting with recruitment for the team as needed which includes scheduling of interviews and associated tasks.

  • Assist in preparing select PowerPoint presentations

  • Perform other related projects and duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Excellent calendar management skills

  • Ability to quickly adapt and be flexible in a dynamic workplace

  • Ability to effectively deal with a broad range of contacts and personalities – internal and external

  • Strong sense of integrity with ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

  • Exceptional organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal guidance, solution-oriented

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Extremely thorough with a high level of attention to detail and quality; timely follow up

  • Proven team player with ability to collaborate across groups and influence others

  • Experience in providing support remotely to a geographically disbursed team

  • Positive, can-do attitude

Qualifications

Salary Range: $24.05 to $48.10 hourly bonus benefits
