We are seeking a skilled and experienced eClinicalWorks Support Specialist to join our applications team. The eClinicalWorks Support Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and support of our eClinicalWorks software for both the EMR and RCM functions, as well as related systems. salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for eClinicalWorks-related escalations, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing timely resolution

  • Train new employees on the system eClinicalWorks

  • Create new employee profiles and logins in ECW

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance user proficiency and system adoption

  • Responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and support of our eClinicalWorks software for both the EMR and RCM functions, as well as related systems

  • Collaborate with medical, RCM, and operational leaders to standardize, streamline, and optimize clinical and business workflows to meet the strategic goals of the organization

  • Ensures clinical and business workflows are properly developed, tested, and implemented in production to drive outcomes

  • Develop and document workflows

  • Configure features and functions in EMR and RCM,

  • Identify areas of improvement for existing systems and new opportunities that will drive value to the business and support the organizational goals
