As the Director CSO FSOP - Nutrition, you will serve as the major intersection in the organization between innovation, brand, channel, operations, and work with foodservice sales teams to communicate initiatives for the Nutrition portfolio (Minute Maid, Simply, Hi-C, Hubert's Honest Kids, and Fairlife). The role also acts as the primary source of feedback to the brand/category from customers, channels and geographic teams in addition to managing alignment across FSOP; supporting commercial in delivery of category plans. They will role will also develop capabilities and tools to enable front line selling.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Category Commercial Strategy and Operations.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Leads end to end FSOP commercial strategy and stewards commercial strategy to Channel Teams and Customers through communication routines (Commitment Call, Voice of Customer, etc) and development of selling tools that enable and drive best in class market execution (Flavor cards, arden squares, sell sheets, product graphics, resource tools, etc.)

  • Represent and serve as the subject matter expert (lead) across the Frozen & Dispensed innovation within the FSOP channel by collaborating with system and cross functional teams to bring the portfolio of brands to life in customer outlets

  • Ensure representation of the FSOP stakeholder needs are part of the brand strategies, programs and scope and are turned into actionable plans

  • Lead all aspects of dispensed innovation commercialization, supporting the innovation in System innovation processes (ie: Stages & Gates), developing selling tools, and representing the innovation on FS&OP and Convenience Retail commercial routines. 

  • Partners with Brand, Customer, CVG and Commercial teams on annual planning. Drives System alignment and awareness through annual planning routines. 

  • Collaborates with Supply Chain to manage system communication on supply disruption and need for SKU prioritization

  • Support system planning routines (VOM, Ready to Sell and Execute) as well as serves as the subject matter expert for FSOP Nutrition innovation at critical tradeshows for dispensed products, such as The National Restaurant Association Show, NACS, and CinemaCon. 

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA or other Graduate Degree Preferred

  • 5-10 Years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry

  • Leadership and experience working across multiple channels - e.g., large store, small store, and Foodservice/On Premise channels

  • Brand/category management experience

  • Proven track record of ability to not only embrace change, but to drive it

  • Collaborating with brand/category teams and other key internal/external stakeholders; effective in influencing wide variety of stakeholders

  • Effectively communicates & builds relationships at all organizational levels; communicates long-term vision and shorter-term opportunities through clear & simple messages.

Preferred

  • 10-15 Years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry

  • FSOP experience

  • General management experience

  • Customer/Sales management experience

Pay Range:$134,800 - $165,200

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
