We are looking for a Circuit or RTL Designer to be a part of a design team targeting critical circuits common to all DRAM-related memory products. In this role, you will be responsible for logic circuit design and optimization of DRAM designs, as well as the design and optimization of block-level digital blocks.

What's Encouraged Daily:

In this hybrid position, you will collaborate with Micron’s various design and verification teams all over the world and support the efforts of groups such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing to proactively design products that optimize all manufacturing functions and assure the best cost, quality, reliability, time-to-market, and customer happiness.

How to Qualify:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and proven experience

  • 3+ years of experience. Title & job level can change depending on applicable experience.

  • Strong logic design or RTL experience is required.

  • Strong STA and timing closure experience is preferred.

  • Familiarity with synthesis and IC compilers is preferred.

  • Proficiency with UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction).

  • Experience with circuit verification and optimization including layout verification and parasitic extractions of the circuits.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers both verbally and written.

  • The ability to work independently and in teams.

  • Highly motivated and self-starter
