MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

  • Productdevelopmentcoreteammemberresponsibleforqualityengineeringdeliverablesincludingspecificationdevelopment,riskmanagement,processandtestmethodcharacterizationandcontrolplandevelopment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plansandperformsassignmentsofawidedegreeofdifficulty.

  • Analyzes,develops,andrecommendsqualityengineeringapproachesrequiredtomeetdesignandproductionrequirements.

  • Compilesandevaluatesdesignandtestdataandidentifieskeyproduct,process,ormaterialfactorsanddeterminesappropriatelimitsandspecifications.

  • Preparesandassessfailuremodeanalysisandcontrolplans.

  • Receivesgeneraldirectionandexercisesconsiderablediscretionastopersonalworkdetails.

  • Reviews,generates,andapprovesrelatedinputssuchasFMEAsandspecifications.

  • Coordinatesactivitieswithotherareas.

  • Mayprovideinputonpotentialcandidatestobehiredintotheteam.

  • Interfaceswithproductteammembers,manufacturingqualityandmedicalaffairs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • BachelorsDegree(± 16years)

-In a science, statistics, engineering discipline or ASQ Quality Engineering certification.

Experience/Background

  • Minimum5years

-Related work experience.

The base pay for this position is $64,000.00 – $128,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
