Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide confidential advanced administrative and executive support essential to the day-to-day-operation for the office of the President and other members of the executive team as needed.

HOW YOU WILL HELP US DELIVER EXPERIENCES THAT MATTER

(OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

As a supporting member to the President and other executives, you will attend and participate in meetings that pertain to assigned responsibilities, develop and maintain a series of relationships with leaders and colleagues at both Delta Air Lines and Delta Vacations and assist with high profile events and hospitality opportunities, as needed.

We are looking for a solution-oriented person who is able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. This individual must be able to work independently and under pressure; on projects, from conception to completion while handling a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. They must be able interface well with all departments of the company and to represent the President and members of the executive team in a highly professional manner.

WHAT ELSE WILL YOU BE DOING (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative affairs for the President and supporting Vice Presidents.

  • Schedule and maintain multiple calendars of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and other commitments.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

  • Process business expenses and maintain reporting for department budget.

  • Execute ad hoc projects and special assignments as assigned.

  • Collaborate and arrange event planning, meetings, and logistics.

  • Handle to conclusion Customer Relations situations that come to the attention of the President.

  • Comply with all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations.

  • Must possess the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and solve problems in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include cross-utilization within the department or with other departments.

This full-time position is located at Delta Vacations Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Delta Vacations Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta, Georgia

POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE

Full-Time, Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.

Domestic travel may be required to fulfill assigned responsibilities.

Salary range: $43422.00 - $65130.00 annually

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • *

Three+ years secretarial/administrative C-suite support experience.

  • Travel industry experience helpful.

  • *

Knowledge of DLV or Delta Air Lines programs, policies, procedures, and reservations systems preferred.

  • Proficient PC skills including advanced level knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the team from hourly employees to executives.

  • Must be team-oriented and able to coordinate activities across multiple departments along with working closely with executive assistants in other areas.

Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
