Insight Global Customer Success Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Description

As a customer success manager, you'll collaborate with the Business Development Manager and report to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Your responsibilities include addressing technical inquiries from clients, coordinating with internal Support staff, attending regional trade shows, and maximizing product deployment within different departments. Additionally, you'll assist in executing sales strategies, manage the new business development process, and maintain an up-to-date Sales Funnel using Salesforce. To be successful you will maintain a high retention rate of your clientele and continually upsell to existing clients.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2 years of experience selling government portfolio. Clientele consisting of local, county and city government.

  • A strong background in selling directly to local government, and stake holders such as assessors, appraisers, and treasurers.

  • Customer Success experience with an emphasis in retention and upselling.

Experience working within geographic information systems. * Experience working with Active Campaign and Salesforce.
