Description We are seeking a Customer Service Rep III to join our team in Rosharon, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity where you will contribute to our team's success by ensuring top-notch customer service and effective risk management.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Process customer applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain and update customer records as needed
• Identify complex calls and transfer them to the appropriate team
• Contribute to public relations efforts and assist with agency inquiries
• Manage customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status
• Refer sales leads to the appropriate team
• Utilize company systems for predictive analysis and dialing
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Contribute to risk management efforts and assist with onboarding processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service management.
• Proven Sales abilities and experience.
• Understanding and implementation of Procedures.
• Experience in Onboarding new clients or employees.
• Familiarity with Revenue Accounting principles.
• Strong Public Relations skills.
• Ability to handle Staffing responsibilities.
• Experience dealing with Suppliers.
• Ability to handle Complaints professionally and effectively.
• Knowledge of Company Policy and ability to enforce it.
• Understanding of Risk Management principles.
• Familiarity with Commission Functions and structures.
• Comfortable with Onsite work.
• Ability to manage an Expense Account.
• Experience working in a Business Unit.
• Ability to develop and implement Validation Plans.
• Ability to communicate in a Professional Manner.
• Experience with Predictive Analysis.
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with Dialing Systems.
• Understanding of NIS and Nerc regulations.
• Experience managing a Contingent Workforce.
