Oversee owners verification firm testing technician staff; assign day and nighttime material testing duties, performing qc and approving testing data entries, performing qc and approving daily activity logs, ensuring testing certifications are current, ensuring testing equipment is calibrated, coordinate material calibration efforts with the project quality team. Identify anomalies in testing data and generate weekly reports for distribution, discussion, and potential actions with the project quality team. The reports will evaluate each concrete mix design, each asphalt mix design, embankment soil density, subgrade soil density, graded aggregate based density, mechanical stabilized earth material density. Prepare the project federal highway administration quarterly report. This document shall report in detail all the materials testing efforts, testing data analysis, non-conformance reports and engineering judgment at a minimum.
