TK Elevator is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Relations and DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Specialist located in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for supporting business resource groups, driving our Safety Ambassador Program and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, local leaders, and diverse groups to foster partnerships and enhance the organization's presence in the community. Serve as a liaison between Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and organizational leadership providing guidance, resources and support to ensure the success of BRG initiatives. Lead project planning sessions, define project scopes, and set milestones for DEI-related strategic initiatives and events. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables for BRG initiatives to ensure timely and successful execution Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans, organize events and implement programs that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Cultivate partnerships with internal departments, business unit and senior leadership to integrate DEI principles into organizational practices and decision-making processes. Engage with external organizations, community groups, and industry networks to leverage best practices, share resources and participate in collaborative initiatives that promote DEI. Collect and analyze data related to community relations, employee engagement and DEI efforts, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, outcomes, and impact of community relations, employee engagement and DEI initiatives to key stakeholders. Support storytelling and internal communications efforts that connect TK Elevator's stakeholders to our community and DEI mission. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusion or related field. Minimum of three years of experience in community relations, DEandI, or related roles, preferably in a corporate setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience facilitating training sessions or workshops. Experience planning, coordinating and executing corporate events for up to 500 attendees. Proven ability to effectively organize and manage multiple responsibilities. Commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and beyond. Positive, flexible attitude that lends itself to effective communication and teamwork. Efficiency in Microsoft office suite.
