Join the Capgemini Americas Cloud Practice to lead Consumer Products industry transformational solutions with industry expertise and technology innovation. Your mission will be to shape business transformation solutions to drive clients’ business impact that differentiate them in the marketplace. Your expertise will directly impact new revenue generation channels, product innovation, cost optimization, business agility, and technology modernization, all essential elements of Capgemini's dedication to excellence. We are looking for 15 years of designing and architecting enterprise solutions in consumer products industry with specialization in one more aspects of supply chain planning, manufacturing execution, plant floor technologies, product distribution, product sales and consumer trends

Key responsibilities:

• Strategy and Client Engagement: Engage with our marquee clients to provide thought leadership on consumer product industry for product and portfolio growth by assessing all aspects of value chain including supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, factory floor, distribution, etc. Develop product strategy requirements by leveraging our assets in cloud transformation, application and data estate modernization, Generative AI, product / vendor / technology / application rationalization & consolidation, and global implementations.

• Collaboration: Work with partners, public cloud providers, AI solution platform providers and the customer to define and prioritize solutions. Engage internal architects and developers to conceive and showcase rapid solution prototypes.

• Solution Expertise: Articulate solution and product features aligned with client strategy and roadmap. Represent Capgemini’s industry expertise to maximize client value creation.

• Continuous Improvement: Provide thought leadership by staying connected to the latest trends and innovations in Generative AI and cloud technology, seeking partner technologist’s input, etc. thus incorporating them into our strategic approach.

• Communication: Be able to share product and technology vision with stakeholder group in the ecosystem including CxO members.

Required skills:

• Apply your strong business and technical proficiencies, and client engagement skills to provide the highest-level consultation to customers, architects, partners and portfolio owners.

• Experience in working with partner innovation and solutions across Microsoft Azure, Google, AWS, SAP, etc.

• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to engage with clients and internal teams across the region.
