Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern. This role is a full-time, internship role and is remote . The internship dates are June 2, 2025 to August 1, 2025.
What You’ll Do
Review and Documentation:
Learn the basics of Workday business processes and data structure to ensure comprehensive understanding during the review process
Review existing Workday reports to assess their purpose, necessity, and distribution
Document the findings and provide recommendations for improvements
Business Requirements Gathering:
Gather and modify business requirements for Workday reporting projects
Gather and modify business requirements for Workday workflow changes
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear and aligned with business objectives
Recommend enhancements based on business needs
What You'll Need
Currently enrolled in a college degree program in business or IT
Current Junior with 3.5 GPA or higher
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
