Job Summary

As Business Analyst Intern, you will work within our Workday system to review reports, document findings and provide recommendations for improvements.

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern. This role is a  full-time, internship role and is remote . The internship dates are June 2, 2025 to August 1, 2025.

What You’ll Do

Review and Documentation:

  • Learn the basics of Workday business processes and data structure to ensure comprehensive understanding during the review process

  • Review existing Workday reports to assess their purpose, necessity, and distribution

  • Document the findings and provide recommendations for improvements

Business Requirements Gathering:

  • Gather and modify business requirements for Workday reporting projects

  • Gather and modify business requirements for Workday workflow changes

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear and aligned with business objectives

  • Recommend enhancements based on business needs

What You'll Need

  • Currently enrolled in a college degree program in business or IT

  • Current Junior with 3.5 GPA or higher

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards 

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. 

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
