BlackRock Aladdin Data is entrusted with maintaining all data integral to the investment decision process for BlackRock the house and our proprietary Aladdin® end-to-end investment platform. Aladdin Data closely partners with its stakeholders, such as Portfolio Management, Global Capital Markets, Relationship Management, Portfolio Compliance, Risk Analytics, Regulatory Reporting, and others, to ensure their business data needs are met accurately, timely, and efficiently.

We are looking for a high performing individual to join the Business Partners team. The Business Partners Team within Aladdin Data is the primary interface between the Blackrock businesses and our broader Aladdin Data organization.
The Business Partners Team acts as the Relationship Managers for various BlackRock business and works to understand the strategic objectives of the business area they represent and how Aladdin Data can partner to achieve those business objectives.
This role requires the oversight of client relationships with bespoke needs. This requires the understanding of real time investment strategies and the infrastructure to support the desks.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage senior level strategic relationship for your client segments
Act as the ‘front door’ for strategic client asks and work to understand business requirements. Represent the voice of the client. Thread the needle across client requirements and Aladdin Data to identify strategic solutions
Manage and track inventory of project commitments, providing regular feedback to our stakeholders, and internal leadership
Oversee metrics representing the client experience, drive service improvements and ensure projects are executed, managing client expectations throughout
Serve as point of escalation where required for significant issues / events
Partner with our Product, Program Management and Engineering teams in supporting the growth of our product and platform.
Flag major business change that will have (or could have) a significant impact on Aladdin Data
Knowledge/Experience:
5 years of experience in financial services with knowledge of markets, technology, operations, or business management function
Excellent relationship management skills with proven track record of managing senior stakeholders.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients
Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to flexibly balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to agile methodology, data management, or service management, a plus
High level attention to detail, data driven client management
For Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$132,000.00 - USD$180,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
