DUTIES:
Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Software Engineer for our Atlanta, GA location. Development of new application capabilities for back-end services and front-end UI using computer programming languages such as C#, .NET, ReactJS, SQL, SQL Server, Stored Procedures. Troubleshooting issues in production environment and ensuring stability of the application. Co-ordinate with Product Owners to understand the requirements. Participate in Agile Scrum Ceremonies and provide update and status of the development. Collaborate with Architects, Managers to architect and develop high-level, lowlevel design for the application capabilities including data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, security diagrams, deployment diagrams. Co-ordinate with SRE and DevOps for deployment of services in to multiple environments. Performance Tuning of existing applications and ensure NFR requirements are well understood and applications adhere to NFR requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 7 years of software engineering experience. In the alternative, employer will accept a Masters degree in the above-listed fields and 5 years of software engineering experience. Full term of experience must include: Development of Applications using C#, ReactJS, AngularJS, SQL, Databases, Performance Tuning; Agile Ceremony; Support and resolution of Customer Issues; NET, Visual Studio, Databases; Application Caching; Performance Tuning; Scalability; Resiliency; Database design; Database Stored Procedures; Database Performance; Rest APIs; Event Driven Architecture Services Development; and Front End Development. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
OTHER:
Job Site: Atlanta, GA. 40 hours/week; $163,809/year. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
