Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in Athens, Texas. This role involves acting as the primary onsite point of contact for client employee inquiries and issue resolution, with a focus on enhancing the well-being of client employees and guests. You will be required to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless office operations and enhance the workplace experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for client employee inquiries, issue resolution, and feedback regarding workplace services.

• Maintain a welcoming and functional work environment that aligns with the company's values and brand.

• Coordinate scheduling and event coordination for the Innovation Hub and Customer Briefing Center.

• Uphold safety and security procedures and prioritize for employees and guest experience and services.

• Coordinate site resources, activities, events, and communications, and maintain the site calendar of events.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience and create initiatives to streamline processes for client employees.

• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with the client's objectives.

• Liaise with local leaders, vendors, and facility management to ensure seamless office operations.

• Collaborate with facility management and IT to monitor and maintain facility operation systems such as AV, HVAC, Security cameras, badge system, reservation system, and digital signage.

• Assist with catering and event planning as needed.

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience in an administrative role is required, preferably within a property management setting.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of property management laws and regulations is a plus.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on serving both internal and external clients.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the designated country.

• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
