Starr Regional Medical Center is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Phlebotomist for our Laboratory Services Department. This job is permanent, PRN.

• Labels, processes and delivers specimens for testing.
• Collects blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques.
• Maintains equipment and medical supplies.
• Assists with receiving, identifying, accessioning, processing and transporting specimens
• Maintains adequate sto
• Maintains work area in a safe, aseptic and organized manner.
• Performs clerical duties including answering phones, data entry, and filing.
• Communicates test results to appropriate healthcare providers.

Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent:
