Job Description:
Applications to this pool will be utilized to fill part-time, non-tenure track, non-benefits eligible instructor positions who can teach on the Athens Campus, or online, as student demand dictates for 2024-25 Academic year and summer 2025. The number of Social Work courses offered each semester is largely dependent on student demand. Therefore, we often have the need for part-time instructors with very short notice. Such part-time positions will be filled utilizing qualified applicants from this pool. Applications will be accepted into the pool on an ongoing basis to teach research, policy, or HBSE courses. Instruct classes at the undergraduate or graduate level for Athens campus and/or online (e-campus).
Minimum Qualifications:
Earned master’s degree in social work
Commitment to diversity
Preferred Qualifications:
Licensed Social Worker
Experience and commitment to e-learning
*At least two years post-masters experience in social work practice
