Actalent General Superintendent in Athens, Georgia

Description

  • Serve as the primary liaison with subcontractors and engineers for the day-to-day construction activities of the project;

  • Develop and implement overall project work schedules identifying the critical path including the expediting of scheduled critical materials and equipment for their timely delivery to site

  • Maintain job-site safety, health, and cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.

  • Manage and mentor field staff, including Superintendents, Foremen, and other site leads.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure project plans are feasible and align with field conditions.

  • Maintain daily and weekly logs of construction progress and ensure all project documentation is complete.

Skills

  • Familiarity with ASHE, OSHA, and other relevant healthcare construction standards

  • Experience with ground-up construction and renovation projects in the healthcare sector.

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare facility construction requirements and regulations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
