Confidential Employer Customer Service Assistant/Contracts Administrator in Aston, Pennsylvania
The Customer Service Assistant/Contracts Administrator will communicate with external and internal customers, accurately input orders, maintain records, and ensure contract requirements are understood and attainable.
The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
A bachelor's or associate's degree, experience with contracts, and experience reading blueprints are major pluses!
Four day workweek (Mon-Thurs) and WEEKLY PAY! Full benefits package after 60 days of employment and paid time off after 6 months.
Job type: Full-time Monday - Thursday Pay rate: $18 - $22
