The North America team is currently looking for a System Administrator, specializing in Microsoft 365 Admin Infrastructure Support for our IT team in our Assumption, IL, facility. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our MS 365 environment, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS 365 administration, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional support.
Your Impact
Administer and maintain the MS 365 environment, including user account management, email configuration, application support, security and compliance, manage licenses and subscriptions, and implement and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure and Intune.
Provide technical L2 and L3 support and training to end-users for MS 365-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems promptly, and develop and maintain user guides and documentation for MS 365 processes and procedures.
Provide L2 and L3 support for IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues; managing local IT site services, including network connectivity, hardware setup, and software installation; and perform regular maintenance tasks
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting; oversee hosting services; and maintain disaster recovery plans by performing regular DR testing and updates.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree.
At least 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on MS 365 administration.
Strong technical skills in MS 365 administration, including user management, email configuration, and application support.
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Your Compensation and Benefits
Expected annual salary for this role will be $80,000 - $100,000, plus a 7% bonus target. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
