Facilities Maintenance Technician I, Lodge Kohler

Join forces with the Kohler team at a hotel and spa unlike any other just steps from historic Lambeau Field. Become a member of our dedicated maintenance staff where you’ll help nurture and preserve the unique beauty and charm of every aspect of our action-packed hotel.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections and service for specified equipment, machinery, and systems throughout the facility.

• Complete all emergency and routine maintenance work scheduled from preventative maintenance inspection results, weekly job lists, or upon request of a Hospitality business manager.

• Monitor internal and external areas of the facility for safe and functional use by all guests.

• Create accurate preventative maintenance inspection reports.

• Recommend ordering of maintenance spare parts and materials for repairs and/or inventory.

• Maintain storage areas in compliance with all building fire and safety codes.

• Communicate regularly to pass along information to the next shift and/or maintenance department manager for follow-up and/or awareness.

• Participate in training programs to develop skills, knowledge, and background as it pertains to Lodge Kohler.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a Full-Time position with shifts ranging between 8:00am-4:00pm weekdays and alternating weekends.

Skills/Requirements

• High School graduate with additional technical training in mechanical, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, tiling, pools, and/or plumbing preferred.

• Three years’ experience in a skilled trade position or related experience desired.

• Must be motivated and capable of working independently with little supervision.

• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License required.

The hourly pay for this position is $23.00 The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
