Active Day is seeking Job Coaches.

Job Coaches needed in Ashtabula, Ohio to assist individuals with disabilities get acclimated to their jobs.  Responsible to assess the person's skills to see if they are ready or able to return to work in the community.  Will provide on-site training and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities to learn how to do their job and become independent in doing their job. Job Coaching hours will vary depending on the jobs/work hours of the individual.

Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods. Push, pull, bend, squat, turn, pivot, transfer and lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to type notes into the computer system.
