Fast Track Area Coach

Must successfully operate a single unit for approximately 12 months and work as a Market Training Manager before starting your journey as an Area Coach.

Join our dynamic team as a Fast Track Area Coach, where you will oversee the operations, sales growth, and team development across a designated area. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of 4-7 locations, directly managing Restaurant General Managers and indirectly guiding Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence, uphold brand standards, and drive sales growth.

  • Mentor and develop Restaurant General Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Utilize strategic business acumen to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement effective strategies to achieve business goals.

  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures, financial targets, and customer service standards.

  • Collaborate with market leaders and cross-functional teams to implement company initiatives and enhance brand perception.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in multi-unit leadership within the food service or retail industry, demonstrating comprehensive operational oversight.

  • Strong understanding of financial metrics, operational processes, and management systems.

  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in technology platforms for operational measurement.

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results through effective leadership and team development.

Accomplishments:

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and developing talent across diverse teams.

  • Proficiency in utilizing business concepts and tools to manage budgets and achieve P&L targets.

  • Established reputation for creating high-performing teams through clear vision, effective coaching, and performance management.
