Position Summary

1. inventory accuracy

2. Math and computer skills to enter inventory counts and make adjustments

3. Understanding that their counts and SAP adjustments affect Plantwide end of month costing

4. Previous SAP experience a plus

5. Willing to learn to drive the forklift so they cans move pallets if needed and participate on days we have material clean outs (moving pallets of materials not needed anymore.. loading them onto a trailer to be taken to Rich’s)

6. Ability to lift 30-40 pounds, walking stairs and physically able to bend and stretch to count and read pallet tags places on sides of pallets.

7. Inventory counted may be in many different locations, they will need the ability to record inventory in each location and tally those counts for a grand total.

8. Self manage time to stay at task, sense of urgency, ability to prioritize multiple requests at one time

9. Will need to use the two way radio to communicate with supervisor and MCO’s

10. Flexible work hours when needed (inventory.. urgent material issue may need overtime to resolve)..

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety standards at all times

• Have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

• Perform quality checks and record data as required

• Be a self-starter - demonstrate initiative to identify and apply solutions to remove roadblocks

• Demonstrate ownership and willingness to continuously improve self and area of accountability

• Make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standard

• Recognize continuous improvement opportunities that will enhance safety, quality, organization, and productivity

• Other duties as assigned

We we are looking for

• Experience in Inventory Control

• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job including but not limited to lifting, walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs and ladders

• Self-motivated with ability to work in an environment with limited supervision

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills

• Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and abilities

• Shifts open:

• 1st Shift 7a-3p Mon.-Fri. Overtime as needed.
