Insight Global Remote MBI Scrum Master in Ashburn, Virginia

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IRS MBI Cleared Scrum Master to support a federal customer. This is a fully remote position providing Scrum Master leadership to the scrum team using Agile methodologies and scrum best practices. The ideal candidate should have experience facilitating scrum ceremonies including the sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and retrospectives.

Skills and Requirements

Active IRS MBI required to be considered.

Coach team to enable self-organization and increased scrum maturity.

Support the product owner and development team to deliver high value to the client and end users.

Understand and communicate the product vision of each sprint and release.

Identify and remove impediments across the cross functional team.

Identify areas of growth and enable team to inspect and adapt accordingly. Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels.

Excellent time management.

Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.

Experience with Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)

Assist with sprint ceremonies

Release planning, backlog creation and grooming.

Assist the teams in completing release objectives.
