SAIC Senior Intelligence Analyst in ARLINGTON, Virginia

Description

SAIC is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to assist our Department of Navy customer in their support of Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and other Foreign Direct Investment analysis. This position is located at the Pentagon .

Specific Requirements include the following:

  • Review current CFIUS cases and coordinate cases of potential concern with appropriate stakeholders.Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on CFIUS or CFIUS-related cases and/or issues, responses to taskers, and inquiries regarding Navy and DoD concerns in coordination with other Navy and Federal stakeholders to provide detailed reports for leadership.

  • Develop risk-based analyses on CFIUS cases of concern.

  • Provide executive-level support for coordination of CFIUS-related Working Group meetings, including agenda development, coordination with stakeholders for brief development, Flag Officer/General Officer and Senior Executive Service scheduling, space and Video Tele-Conferencing arrangements, meeting minutes, after-action and tasker tracking.

  • Attend and support periodic interagency meetings, providing meeting minutes and/or after-action tracking.

  • Prepare briefings on CFIUS cases for leadership review.

  • Manage oversight and follow-up actions on assigned mitigation responses to CFIUS cases.

  • Use Navy, DoD, and Congressional task management processes to respond to routine and ad-hoc requests for information regarding issues with DoD/Navy equity, including non-secure tasking management, Congressional Information Management System, classified tasking management, and internal processes.

  • Coordinate the development and execution of existing mitigations for the DoN.

  • Monitor and coordinate mitigated CFIUS and / or Team Telecom cases with the appropriate stakeholders to determine impacts on specific capabilities or programs.

Qualifications

Required education and experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related technical field such as International Relations, Economics, Business, Finance, Intelligence, or Engineering and five (5) or more years of experience; Masters degree and three (3) or more years of experience; years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Required skills:

  • Ability to apply quantitative analysis and must have strong written/oral communication skills.

Required clearance:

  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance.

Desired skills:

  • Experience with Federal Government Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS)

  • Experience with International Economic policy and procedures.

  • Experience with Department of Defense and/or Department of Navy Programs.

  • Experience supporting a Command Staff or equivalent level organization.

  • Experience with data analytics.
