We are looking for a customer obsessed, results-driven Promotions Program Manager to join the US Acquisition Marketing Team for Amazon Fresh Stores. This is an opportunity to play a key role in building how we reach our customers in Amazon Fresh.

The Program Manager, Promotions is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of manual coupon development and execution across our physical store launches and relaunches. In this role, you will manage the creation, quality assurance, and distribution of localized and hyperlocal coupons to drive customer engagement and redemption. The Program Manager will work cross-functionally with marketing, digital, and store operations teams to ensure seamless coupon implementation and optimize performance. This position requires exceptional project management skills, an understanding of promotions and coupons, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing as well as pull data and speak to key KPIs.

Key job responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of coupon development for all physical store launches and relaunches, including QR code generation, quality assurance, and promotional execution

  • Manage the development and deployment of localized coupons for launches and relaunches

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, category management, and operations planning, and store operations to ensure seamless coupon execution

  • Monitor coupon performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize campaigns and drive redemption

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate coupon development and distribution processes

  • Maintain a detailed calendar of all coupon activities

  • Troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise with coupon implementation at the store level

  • Document best practices and create training materials for store teams on effective coupon utilization

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of program or project management experience

  • 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Experience leading process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 4+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
