Ocean Bay, LLC, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager to oversee all aspects of the contract in support of the DEA Diversion Control Division.

• Direct the workflow of contract employees by scheduling staff members, monitoring workload, and improving controls and procedures to meet requirements;

• Provide the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) with status reports and respond to administrative/technical requests;

• Ensure smooth operation and minimal problems by making suggestions for improvements to the COR;

• Make certain all staff members are qualified for the position in which they have been assigned and work is performed efficiently and expeditiously;

• Handle all disciplinary matters involving staff members including signing all documents and/or reports on behalf of Ocean Bay, LLC.;

• Ensure other assigned key personnel perform all document reviews, data analysis, and on-line data entry support;

• Coordinate recommendation of revisions to user documentation, and maintain files and records (as required);

• Conduct staff meetings regarding performance management to include changes in processes/procedure or policy, production, file disposition, and attendance;

• Assist in the planning and development of policies and procedures, review and approve status reports, and properly disseminate such reports;

• Monitor contract operations and staff members to include remote locations;

• Track his or her own individual time and attendance record in addition to that of the staff members – ensure time and attendance records are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner to ensure proper payment.

Position Requirements :

• US Citizen.

• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Public Trust Designation.

• Bachelor's Degree;

• Five (5) years of program management experience;

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written;

• Comprehensive understanding of the applicable programs and associated industry;

• Technically savvy in all aspects of contract management;

• Skilled in planning, supervision, leadership, finance, and operations;

• Ability to develop and implement strategies/action plans to achieve desired objectives.

Preferences:

• PMP Certification;

• Experience providing complete program management support to the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA);

• Experience supporting the Office of Diversion Control (OD) at the DEA headquarters in Arlington, VA, in the Diversion Control Program (DCP);

• Experience managing a large, dispersed workforce.
